In the app
- Open the Me tab.
- Go to Settings → Account → Delete account.
- Confirm with the security code we send you. You can tell us why if you like (optional).
On the web (no app needed)
If you no longer have the app, go to app.kobulkabin.com/delete-account, sign in with your phone number, and delete your account there.
What is deleted, and when
- Your profile is hidden straight away, so nobody can see it.
- Your profile, photos, messages, interests, guardian links and verification records are erased within 30 days, including from backups.
- If you change your mind during that time, sign in again and cancel the deletion.
What may be kept for a while
- Information attached to a report, for as long as needed to keep members safe or meet legal duties.
- Payment records for as long as the law requires (once payments open).
- For banned accounts, a one-way code made from the phone number (not the number itself), so the person cannot sign up again.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. See subscription terms.
Want a break instead?
Use Settings → Pause profile to hide your profile without deleting anything.
