Fake and stale profiles are the biggest complaint about marriage sites. Our answer is verification you can understand — and honesty about its limits.

Rules that keep profiles real
Unverified profiles are limited, not hidden
They can browse and send 3 interests a day, but never appear in daily matches.
Changes trigger a new check
Changing your name, date of birth or main photo lowers the badge until you verify again.
Links wait for ID
Links in chat stay blocked until both sides are ID verified.
Photo privacy
You choose who sees your photos
Everyone, verified members only, or only after you both accept an interest — the default for women.
The blur is made on our servers
A blurred copy is created when you upload, so the full photo never reaches a phone that should not have it.

Blocked on most Android phones. iPhones cannot block them, so the app tells the other person when one is taken.

Hide your profile from chosen countries, cities or Bangladesh districts.
What happens to your ID
- Trained staff compare your selfie and your ID by eye. We do not create face templates.
- Images are encrypted at upload and deleted 30 days after review. We keep only the result and its expiry.
- Your ID is never shown to other members, guardians or matchmakers.
A human trust and safety team
- Reports from any profile or chat in two taps — confidential, never revealing who reported.
- We aim to act on reports within 12 hours, and within 1 hour when someone’s safety is at risk.
- "Pressured into marriage" and "already married" are report reasons, handled by trained staff.
