The plans
- Free — profile, verification, search, daily matches, 3 interests a day, and chat after you both accept.
- Premium — more interests, see who viewed you, advanced filters, incognito browsing, read receipts and priority in daily matches.
- Family Plus — Premium for the member, plus advisor tools for up to three guardians.
- Ghotok (matchmaker) service — a later, personal service with fixed, published fees (see below).
Before you buy anything, the app shows exactly what the plan includes, the price in your currency, the period and the total. Planned prices for each country are on our pricing page.
Women never pay to reply
Replying to an interest is always free for women, on every plan. This is enforced by our servers.
Prices and currencies
- Prices are shown in your currency (for example US dollars, pounds sterling or taka).
- App-store prices can include tax and can differ slightly between storefronts.
- If we change a price we tell you in advance; a period you have already paid for is never charged again.
Renewal
Monthly and six-month plans renew automatically at the end of each period, at the current price, unless you cancel. With Apple or Google, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date; on the web, cancel before the renewal date. The app always shows your next renewal date, and we remind you before a renewal.

Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Premium until the end of the period you paid for. Deleting your KobulKabin account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription — cancel it there too.
Refunds
- Purchases through Apple or Google are refunded by them, under their policies.
- For purchases on our website, you keep every right the consumer law of your country gives you, including cooling-off rights where they apply. We will set out the details before web payments open.
The ghotok (matchmaker) service
When it opens, the matchmaker service will have a fixed fee for a fixed term, published before you pay, with a clear list of what is included and a refund if no introductions are made within the agreed period. Matchmakers may never ask for side payments. See matchmaker service.
Complimentary Premium
Our team may give some members Premium for free for a set time. It ends on the date shown, without any charge.
No pressure
We do not use countdown discounts or pressure tactics, and we never charge to reveal anyone’s contact details.
